A credit card number is required upon booking as guaranty for refundable bookings and for payment of all non-refundable rates.
The customer may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The customer will have to pay the amount of the first night if he cancels within 2 days of his arrival or in case of no show.
The non-cancellable rate is neither cancellable, nor modifiable, nor refundable. A prepayment of 100% of the stay is requested when booking.
